Tamarind

This is a strong, fine textured hardwood with a uniform grain and very subtle figure. The color is creamy white with and can have a slight reddish-brown tinge. Maple will exhibit random black to grey mineral streaks in addition to areas of burl, Birdseye, quilting, and worm tracks. These characteristics are considered normal and part of what gives Maple its unique appeal.
